Staci Duerr has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer.
Duerr joined Premier Bank in 1999 and has since been responsible for leading the administration of Premier Bank’s credit portfolio. She has played an integral part in the company’s 23-year success. Duerr is a 1994 graduate of Loras College, Dubuque Iowa, and 2014 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking—University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Karen Cavanagh has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer.
Cavanagh joined Premier Bank in 2011. She is the Branch Manager at the bank’s 2625 NW Arterial location. Cavanagh recently completed her first year of the Iowa School of Banking through the Iowa Bankers Association. She enjoys getting to know her customers and works diligently to ensure that their financial needs are met through many products, including IRAs, consumer loans and life insurance.

She enjoys building relationships with her customers and helping them with their financial needs. She is able to assist customers with account opening, IRAs, consumer lending and life insurance.

Kayla Helbing has been promoted to Senior Retail Banker.
Helbing joined Premier Bank in 2017. She is experienced in consumer lending, personal banking and every day financial needs. Helbing is also responsible for training incoming retail bankers. She enjoys the community bank atmosphere as it provides the ability for her to develop closer relationships with each of her customers.

Daisy Coulson has been promoted to Senior Retail Banker.
Coulson joined Premier Bank in 2019. She enjoys getting to know her customers and helping them with all of their financial needs. Coulson is currently working toward her applied computing degree at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Brianna Poll has been promoted to Retail Banker.
Brianna joined Premier Bank in May 2021 as a Digital Banker. She has quickly and effectively expanded her knowledge in banking and will be an excellent resource for her customers’ financial needs. Poll is a 2021 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, IA with degrees in Accounting and Finance.
