- If your transaction can be completed through drive-thru or digital channels, we encourage you to continue utilizing those methods as much as possible in order to reduce exposure.
- A face covering is required if you must visit the lobbies. If you do not have a face covering, one may be provided for you. We reserve the right to ask you to briefly lower your face covering if needed for identification purposes.
- Upon entering, there will be a notice on a pull up banner at each location. Please take a moment to read this important information prior to continuing.
- We are practicing social distancing in our lobbies. Floor decals will indicate where you can wait until a banker is available to assist you.
- Plexiglass shields have been installed at all locations. We will also give you a friendly wave rather than shaking hands.
- Appointments are encouraged. If you have an appointment with a banker or lender, you will be greeted at the front of the lobby upon your arrival.
In addition:
If you or anyone that you have been in contact with has tested positive for, or are awaiting test results for Covid-19, we ask that you do not visit the lobbies until fully recovered and released under physician guidance.
We also ask that you do not visit the lobbies at this time if in the last 14 days you or anyone you have been in contact with has experienced any of the following symptoms:
- Fever of 100.4 or above
- Cough
- Shortness of Breath
- Sore Throat
- Diarrhea
- Loss of smell and/or taste
