Convenience in hand with the mobile app.

With the Premier Bank mobile banking app, you can safely and securely bank anywhere, anytime, all from your smartphone.  
Access account information via mobile through any or all of the following avenues:
  1. Directly logging into Online Banking at www.premierbanking.bank via your mobile device
  2. Downloading the “Premier Bank, Dubuque” App in the Apple or Google Play store.
  3. Setting up SMS text alerts through the new Online Banking system.
What can the mobile banking app do?
The App can do everything online banking can do.  Your experience is nearly identical.  Login with touch or face ID, review account information and balances, complete transfers, deposit checks, pay bills and other people, set up alerts, manage your debit card, and more. 
When depositing a check via Mobile Deposit, you must endorse back of check with “For Mobile Deposit at Premier Bank”.

Mobile Wallet 

Mobile Wallet is a safe, easy way to pay as you shop.

Your Premier Bank Debit Card can easily link to Mobile Wallet apps that use Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, FitBit Pay and Garmin. (Google Pay is estimated to be available later this fall.)
SETTING UP YOUR MOBILE WALLET
It’s quick and easy to do.
  • Open the Mobile Wallet app on your smartphone and follow the instructions.
  • You’ll be asked to enter your card information. Some apps can even scan your card (using your phone’s camera) so you don’t have to type in all the information.
  • You may also be prompted to call the bank to complete verification, but this only takes a minute.
  • Once the card is activated in your mobile wallet, you may add the card to your smartwatch (if it has wallet capability). Go to the smartwatch app on your phone to add the newly activated card.
NOW YOU CAN USE YOUR MOBILE WALLET APP
After your Premier Bank Debit Card is linked, all you do is hold or wave your smartphone or smartwatch over a point-of-sale terminal (same device you would swipe with a credit card). The terminal will pick up your card and process your payment.
IS SHOPPING WITH MOBILE WALLET SAFE?
It’s actually more secure than carrying your physical cards. Many Mobile Wallet apps don’t store your actual card number. Instead, they give your card an encrypted code so it can be stored securely. This means if your phone is lost or stolen, no one can get your card information.

Move Money

Bill Pay, Transfers, Peer-to-Peer payments.

Pay your bills the way you want! When you need to manage your money, pay your bills or even send money to another person, you can get it all done by selecting "Move Money" in online banking or App menu bar. This is a central hub where you can take care of your payments from anywhere — on any device, anytime you like. To get started:
  • Set up your billers in the my payees section by selecting the " + " symbol, and follow the prompts. (You can choose person-to-person, bill pay, and external accounts!)
  • Once your payees are set up, you will be able to select the "New Transaction" button to begin, or click into the payee and send your payment that way. 
  • You may also set up Bill Pay alerts by selecting "Manage Alerts" on the menu bar. There are a wide variety of alerts you can choose from, or you may set up a custom alert.  
  • Move money easily between your internal and external accounts.
  • Although Peer to Peer (P2P) payment services are easy to set up, simple to use, and are generally secure, it’s important to be aware that criminals may try to scam you into sending money. Learn more about how to stay safe when using P2P.

Manage your Debit Card

Our new Debit card ‘on/off’ switch helps keep security intact for misplaced debit cards.  Choose "Manage Cards" on the menu bar. You will be able to:
  • Turn your debit card off/on
  • Manage card alerts
  • Request temporary spending limits
  • Change your PIN
  • Report Lost or Stolen Card
  • Set up Travel Notification
  • Enable Automatic On/Off (set up schedule to automatically turn this card on and off for specific days and times)

Manage Alerts

You are now able to create/turn on Custom Alerts, Bill Pay Alerts, Security Alerts, and Money Manager (net worth tool) alerts.
  • Tap "Manage Alerts" on the menu bar  
  • Tap the " + " symbol on the right side of the purple My Alerts bar.
  • Chose which type of alert you would like to create, and follow the prompts.
  • Once your desired alerts are set up, you will be able to review previous alerts that you have received in the "Manage Alerts" tab.  For example, a "User Login Error" will show you the date and time of failed login.  

Documents

The Documents tab is where you will be able to locate and download your estatements. 
  • Tap "Documents" on the menu bar. 
  • Enroll in estatements for EACH account. 
  • Select "Statements" in the document type drop down.
  • You may be prompted to review and agree to terms.
  • View the test document. This ensures your device is capable of viewing the estatements.
(Consumer paper statements will be $5.00 per statement per month. Business paper statements will be $5.00 per statement per month. May be subject to tax.)
