Retail Banker

We currently have a full-time Retail Banker position open for immediate placement. Hours will be 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; Monday through Friday (30-minute lunch) with a rotating Saturday
Primary responsibilities of this position include:
  • Facilitate Opening of Business and Consumer New Deposit, Safe Deposit Box and Loan Accounts
  • Routine Follow up Tasks and In-Person Customer Service Requests and Teller services
  • Opening deposit and consumer loan accounts, and expanding customer relationships.
Performance Expectations
  • Successful sales of new loan and deposit products by attaining personal sales and referral goals
  • Achieve effective maximization of digital delivery channels including online banking, mobile banking and e-statements
  • Core deposit, credit card and loan growth and retention in accordance with bank goals through Relationship Management and other initiatives
  • Satisfactory service and maintenance of new and existing customer relationships
  • Update and maintain performance progress in CRM system.

Bank Operations Associate

We currently have a full-time Bank Operations Associate position open for immediate placement.
This position is responsible for support in the Bank Operations department. Duties include back-office maintenance within the bank’s core processing systems, supporting digital banking solutions, and providing general support to bank clients and staff.
Primary responsibilities of this position include:
  1. Performs account maintenance in bank applications including transactions, account changes, and access permissions.
  2.  Reviews daily reports pertaining to balancing of accounts, transaction activity, and fraud monitoring.
  3. Processes outgoing client-originated ACH files including review of transmittals letters and file totals while communicating with customers.
  4. Completes incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfer requests.
  5. Provides customer support with digital banking products such as online, mobile, bill pay, and P2P payments.
  6. Performs initial setup, training, and support for treasury management solutions including ACH, remote deposit, and positive pay.
  7.  Performs a variety of customer service functions including the ordering of ATM/Debit cards and checks, account research, stop payments and disputes.
  8. Support is provided via phone inquiries, secure e-mail, and occasionally in-person.
Skills & Abilities Required:
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skill to provide support to all bank departments and customers.
  • Utilizes analytical ability to operate data processing system, application programs & parameters.
  • Apply critical thinking while researching and resolving customer & bank issues.
  • Utilizes computer technology while working with vendors to meet customer service needs.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution preferred.
Other:
  • Full-Time: 8-hour shifts, 8am–5pm Monday through Friday along with rotating Saturday shift
  • Status: Hourly non-exempt
  • Direct Report: Director of Bank Operations

Commercial Loan Processor

Premier Bank is looking for a bright, dedicated, and outgoing personality to join our team! 
We currently have a full-time Commercial Loan Processor position open for immediate placement. Primary responsibilities of this position include:
  • Commercial loan documentation: Perform a variety of clerical duties for loan originations, modifications, and renewals including data entry, credit reports, flood determinations, appraisals, title work, and verifications as well as generate loan documents, letters, and forms.
  • Lending regulation and software: Must have a working knowledge of a variety of loan regulations and processes. Knowledge of Finastra Laser Pro is a plus!!
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous customer service to bank clients.
We’re looking for individuals who possess the following skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial loan processing experience
  • Customer service and communication
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Multi-tasking, time management, and critical thinking
  • Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
