Full-time Digital Banker

Primary responsibilities of this position include:
  • Primary banker to receive customer service phone calls.
  • Retain and service existing customers by providing the highest level of personal customer service.
  • Counsel customers regarding financial products/rates and suggest a strategy to obtain the best result based on the customers desires and resources.
  • Open deposit accounts and cross-sell retail banking products/services designed to expand our customer base while attaining established goals for deposit and referral generation.
We're looking for individuals who possess the following skills:
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and sales
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Multi-tasking, time management, and critical thinking
  • Microsoft Office (world, excel, outlook)
