In some cases, the caller has demanded to speak with someone in accounting and has become aggressive when challenged. Fortunately, the businesses that reported these incidents recognized the suspicious behavior and did not provide any sensitive information.
What You Should Know
Premier Bank will never:
- Ask you to provide online banking passwords, security codes, or one-time passcodes over the phone.
- Pressure you to initiate a wire transfer immediately.
- Demand confidential account information from a receptionist or unauthorized employee.
- Become hostile or threaten consequences if you ask questions or request verification.

If you receive a suspicious call:
