Dubuque, Iowa – Premier Bank is announcing the retirement of its Chief Financial Officer, Patrick Niemer, effective January 26, 2024. Simultaneously, the bank is pleased to announce the transition of responsibilities to an internal successor, Jerod Driscoll, who assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer on October 1, 2023.
Driscoll has been a valuable member of Premier Bank for 17 years, demonstrating exceptional financial acumen and leadership skills. He has played an integral role in various financial initiatives in his role as Vice President-Controller and has a deep understanding of the bank’s financial landscape.
During Niemer’s tenure, Premier Bank achieved significant financial milestones and he has been instrumental in guiding the company through periods of growth and ensuring its financial stability. Niemer remains with the company as Senior Vice President, Finance, until his retirement date.
