Iowa Street Renovation

In pursuit of that experience, we are undertaking an extensive remodel of our Iowa Street office,” said President and CEO Jeff Mozena. “While many of our clients enjoy using the Premier mobile banking app to monitor their accounts and conduct some of their banking, they also seek direct contact with their trusted banker when it is needed, which is why we are committed to maintaining three fully staffed retail offices conveniently located throughout Dubuque, Iowa.”

The extensive remodel was designed by local architectural firm Jeffrey Morton Associates with construction being completed by Tricon Construction, also local, with a number of local contractors and artisans. During the renovation, the Iowa Street location, drive-up lanes, and ATM will be closed. There will be a temporary “pop-up” office set up in the existing employee parking spaces parallel to Iowa Street. Most banking activities, with the exception of commercial lending, will be conducted out of the temporary “pop-up” location. The Iowa Street office commercial lending staff will temporarily relocate to the west end office located at 1975 JFK Rd. Premier also has an office near Asbury, Iowa located at 2625 NW Arterial Rd.

Renovations will include cosmetic and structural upgrades to the Iowa Street facility, which has been owned by Premier Bank since 2001. The interior layout will be more engaging to guests and consistent with the modern look and feel of the JFK office interior, which was renovated in 2012. A new exterior will feature a sleek metal finish accented with Ironwood material. The new office will be an Urban interpretation of Premier’s signature prairie style, providing a beautiful building and continued investment in the heart of the downtown district.
