Dubuque, IA—Premier Bank is teaming up with the American Red Cross of Northeast Iowa to provide aid to those impacted by Hurricane Florence. Beginning today, Premier Bank will collect donations at each of their three branches in Dubuque. The bank will match the first $5,000 raised.
"On behalf of the entire Premier Bank family, our thoughts and well wishes for a strong recovery are with everyone impacted by Hurricane Florence," said Premier Bank CEO Jeffrey Mozena. “We look forward to partnering with the American Red Cross to help show our community’s support. Any donation, no matter how large or small, is greatly appreciated. "
Hurricane Florence hit the Carolinas more than a week ago, and now all the water is nearing the coast. The swelling rivers are threatening to swamp even more communities, particularly in South Carolina, leaving thousands more people preparing to evacuate. The process of rebuilding the lives and communities of those impacted by Hurricane Florence will be long and challenging. In partnership with the American Red Cross, we can help. Donations enable the Red Cross to prepare for, respond to and help people recover from this disaster.
Premier Bank branches are located at 2625 NW Arterial Rd., 1975 JFK Rd., and at the corner of 9th and Iowa Streets. The bank will accept cash or check donations in any amount. Checks can be made to American Red Cross, with Hurricane Florence Disaster Relief in the memo.
